James M. Heidema and his partner in Romania, Titus Peride, started consulting and training with the leadership team, the field managers and the financial advisors in Romania 2.5 years ago. The company is ING which is a huge multinational corporation. When the relationship began ING had no advisors who qualified as members of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table). The top 2% of all salespersons in the financial services industry belong to MDRT. Remember ING Romania had none. Now 1.5 years later (End of 2007) ING has 330 advisors who have qualified to attend MDRT. These results are unheard of in the insurance business. Jim and Titus cannot take all the credit for these outstanding results but they were significant contributors. Our company Professional Sales Plus Inc. designed and delivered comprehensive Advisor and Manager Training programs. We also taught the leadership team how to clearly explain their expectations to the sales managers and advisors, and then how to inspect those expectations. It was truly a team effort that resulted in amazing results. ING Romania is now positioned to lead the industry in Romania.
