Slovakia - Agile/Scrum Project Management

Jim is in the process of certification to train and coach individuals and teams on the Agile Project Management methodology. One of the methods is Scrum. The first of many certifications Jim has received is a scrum master certification. Jim enjoyed this concept so much he has begun to talk about it with existing customers. He feels it has direct application in the financial services sales and marketing industry. One of his clients in Slovakia became so interested in the concept that he agreed to try the methodology with his team of directors in his financial services network. Jim will be working closely with this man and his team to ensure they receive maximum benefit from the experience. We will share more as the results come in. Later Jim will share more about this leading edge methodology.
