After many years of working as an agent, manager, and trainer James M. Heidema decides to take his learning and share it with the world. He creates Professional Sales Plus Inc. on September 1, 1998. His plan is to create a company that offers services for agents, managers, and trainers all over the world. His approach is a little different than most. He cares deeply for those people that he meets. By showing his character and deeds he hopes to encourage, support, and help many people all over the world to achieve success in not only their professional lives, but also in their personal lives.
